Job summary

UMB is seeking a highly capable CLO specialist to manage day-to-day operational and client service activities for our largest clients with complex needs. You will monitor controls, coordinate with senior management, and help improve processes across the CLO space.

This remote, full-time role requires deep CLO knowledge, strong client relationships, and leadership potential. You will train others and collaborate with legal/compliance on documents, pricing, and onboarding of new products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years relevant CLO industry experience
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Master’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide highly complex support to the largest clients with CLO needs
• Manage day-to-day operational/client service activities
• Monitor internal controls within specialty corporate trust team
• Support senior management with process improvements
• Lead trainings related to CLO products and services
• Collaborate with legal/compliance on document provisions
