Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a CLO Client Management Team Lead to steer a trust unit, drive profitability, and ensure compliant operations. You will lead a client management team, manage portfolio pipelines in Salesforce, and provide strategic direction across processes and controls.

The role requires deep CLO knowledge, trusted leadership, and a strong focus on customer outcomes. The position is based at a U.S. Bank location with three or more days on-site per week; relocation assistance and benefits are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of CLO experience and 3+ years of management experience.
• Experience in trust administration, fixed income investments, or broadly syndicated loans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CLO client management unit to drive profitability.
• Provide strategic direction and ensure process efficiencies and compliance.
• Oversee portfolio pipeline, staffing, and training; manage direct/indirect reports.
• Maintain excellent client service levels and manage relationships with key clients.
• Ensure adherence to ethics, AML, BSA and regulatory requirements.
