Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of CLO experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in trust administration, fixed income investments, or broadly syndicated loans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a CLO unit to meet objectives and ensure compliance.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to improve processes and efficiency.
• Drive growth and profitability by managing client relationships and portfolio pipeline.
• Ensure adherence to ethics, AML, BSA, and information security policies.
• Oversee staffing, training, and performance of team members.
