Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a senior operations professional to support the CLO specialty within the corporate trust team. You will handle complex client service activities, monitor controls, and collaborate with senior staff to improve processes and systems.

The role requires deep CLO knowledge, strong leadership, and ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring accurate billing, settlements, and compliance across the largest clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of relevant CLO industry experience.
• CCTS or CTMC certification preferred.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly complex support to a group of large clients with complex needs.
• Manage day-to-day operational and client service activities within the CLO product team.
• Identify process improvements and collaborate with legal/compliance teams.
• Assist with pricing, billing for administrative fees, and transaction support for CLO accounts.
• Lead trainings related to CLO products and participate in system testing.
