Aegon seeks a primary owner of its Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform and related procurement technologies. This role bridges business stakeholders, sourcing, legal, risk, TPRM, IT, suppliers, and platform providers to drive governance, intake, and platform optimization.

You will configure workflows, manage templates, owner testing, and lead integrations and reporting. This is a hybrid role focused on continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in Procurement, Sourcing, or Contract Management.
• Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle processes and procurement operations.
• Hands-on CLM administration experience.
• Experience with contingent workforce, SOW, and supplier engagement processes.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into system solutions.
• Experience leading vendor management and governance activities.
• Experience supporting system incidents, escalations, and production issue resolution.
• Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary administrator and business owner of the CLM platform.
• Manage platform configuration, workflows, templates, and governance controls.
• Lead system enhancements, upgrades, testing, release, and optimization.
• Partner with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Risk, IT, and stakeholders to improve contracting processes.
• Act as the primary contact for contract intake, routing, approvals, and escalations.
• Ensure contracts follow governance requirements based on risk and spend thresholds.
• Manage integrations and data flow between CLM and procurement platforms.
• Gather requirements and lead testing for integrations, enhancements, and defects.
• Develop reporting and dashboards; analyze contract cycle times and supplier activity.
• Lead incident resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
