Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Administrator to own the CLM platform's daily administration, configuration, and continuous improvement. You will ensure compliance with contract processes, maintain an auditable repository, and design workflows, dashboards, and AI-enabled playbooks in collaboration with Legal and Commercial Operations.

Responsibilities include managing workflows, access, and onboarding; developing obligation tracking and post‑signature monitoring; and

Qualifications

Degree in law, IT or relevant experience.
Experience administering or working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems; hands‑on experience.
Configuring workflows, approvals, dashboards, or reports is strongly preferred.
Comfort working with structured processes, risk frameworks, and technology‑enabled business solutions.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and CRM systems (SAP and/or Oracle experience is preferred).
Experience with Ironclad and/or SFDC highly valuable.

Responsibilities

Own day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the CLM platform as the primary business owner.
Design, build, and maintain CLM workflows, intake forms, contract workflows, approval flows, and escalation paths.
Configure dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor status, risk, cycle times, and obligations.
