Job summary
Aegon seeks a strategic Procurement Technology leader to guide global platforms, integrations, data capabilities, and engineering teams supporting enterprise procurement. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience with modern distributed applications and microservices.
- 6+ years delivering large-scale design projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
- 4+ years of leading a diverse, global team.
- Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and secure development.
Responsibilities
- Lead global Procurement Technology strategy, roadmap, and platform governance.
- Own procurement platforms: S2C, P2P, supplier lifecycle, CLM, and spend analytics.
- Rationalize and modernize procurement tech across global and regional environments.
- Champion cloud-native, API-led integrations, automation, and AI-enabled procurement.
- Ensure compliance with security, data governance, privacy, and third-party risk.
