Job summary

Transamerica is seeking a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Procurement Platform lead to oversee the CLM system and related procurement technologies. You will bridge business stakeholders with sourcing, legal, risk, and IT to drive operational excellence and governance across contract processes.

The role requires hands-on CLM administration, strong stakeholder management, and experience with system integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, procurement, supply chain, information systems, finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Procurement Operations, Contract Management, or Supply Chain.
Hands-on CLM administration experience.
Experience supporting contingent workforce, SOW, and supplier engagement processes.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
Strong experience managing system integrations and cross-functional tech initiatives.
Vendor management and governance activities experience.
Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator and business owner of the CLM platform.
Be the escalation point for platform issues and operational disruptions.
Manage platform configuration, workflows, templates, clause libraries, user access, and governance controls.
Lead system enhancements, upgrades, releases, testing, deployment, and ongoing platform optimization.
Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Risk, IT, and stakeholders to improve contracting processes and user experience.
Lead contract intake, routing, approvals, escalations, and stakeholder support.
Ensure contracts follow governance requirements based on risk, supplier type, spend thresholds, and business needs.
Manage system integrations and data flow between CLM, procurement, and related platforms.
Gather business/technical requirements and lead testing for integrations and enhancements.
Develop reporting and dashboards; analyze contract cycle times, volumes, bottlenecks, and performance.
Lead issue resolution, incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
