Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or medical discipline; at least 8 years of experience in healthcare or pharma, with proven GCP and clinical trial quality expertise. Strong communication, project management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills are required. Proficiency in MS Office, with preferred experience in risk management fundamentals, ICH guidelines, GMP/GLP/GPvP, inspection experience, data analytics tools, and knowledge of digital health and real-world evidence.
Focus on clinical trial quality assurance in a regulated pharma environment, supporting global multi-country trials, with up to 10% travel expected. The role is based at multiple U.S. and international locations, emphasizing inspection readiness, risk oversight, and compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, EMA). The position offers a salary range of $102,000–$177,100, with benefits aligned with Johnson & Johnson policies.
