Job summary

Access Clinical Partners, LLC is seeking a Field-based Training Coach II to lead onboarding and clinical skills training across multiple sites in the United States. You will facilitate classroom, virtual, and hands‑on sessions, serve as a resource for learners, and ensure standard workflows and processes are followed.

The role requires 2+ years of clinical experience in urgent care or similar settings, active certification or license, and familiarity with Epic or eClinicalWorks.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licenses/Certifications: Active clinical certification or license (MA, EMT, Paramedic, or LPN).
• Required certifications (e.g., BLS).
• Work Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience in urgent care, outpatient, or similar clinical settings.
• Prior experience as Training Coach/Preceptor or equivalent.
• Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Preferred: experience supporting onboarding and training programs.
• Prior experience as Training Coach/Preceptor or Super User.
• Urgent care or multi-site clinic experience.
• Introductory experience facilitating training or coaching peers.
• Familiarity with Epic or eClinicalWorks.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding, clinical skills training, and workflow education across classroom, virtual, and hands‑on settings.
• Deliver training and serve as backup facilitator to ensure consistent delivery.
• Monitor learner progress and maintain training records and certifications.
• Support trainer candidates, observe performance, and provide feedback for improvement.
• Coordinate training operations, schedules, and logistics with leadership teams.
• Provide clinical support when needed and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
