Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, healthcare administration, communications, marketing, or related field.
• Three or more years of experience recruiting physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical faculty, or healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrated proactive sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent searches and partnering with senior leaders.
• Knowledge of physician, faculty, and advanced practice provider recruitment in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for physician, advanced practice provider, clinical faculty, and other searches.
• Partner with chairs, division chiefs, administrators, and hiring managers to align workforce needs.
• Develop and execute individualized recruitment strategies based on specialty and market conditions.
• Identify and engage active and passive candidates through direct sourcing and networks.
• Build candidate pipelines and conduct initial screenings to assess fit and goals.
• Present qualified candidates and advise on market competitiveness and next steps.
• Coordinate interviews and onsite visits for a professional candidate experience.
• Support selection decisions, offers, and pre-employment activities.
• Advise on compensation expectations and recruitment challenges.
• Maintain relationships with residency programs, associations, and vendors.
