Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
• Proven success in recruiting for specialized roles up to Director level and managing large-scale, high-volume hiring initiatives.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workday) and screening platforms (HireVue).
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates in competitive industries.
• Strong consulting and relationship-building skills with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for multiple positions with a focus on specialized and high-volume roles.
• Consulting & Strategy: Advise leaders on sourcing, recruitment marketing, postings, and market trends.
• Project & Initiative Management: Lead large-scale hiring initiatives.
• Technology & Systems: Leverage ATS (Workday), CRM (Phenom), and screening platforms (HireVue).
• Sourcing & Outreach: Identify top talent via multiple channels.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, compliant candidate journey.
• Collaboration: Contribute to HR initiatives and recruitment best practices.
