Job summary

University of Missouri-Columbia's School of Medicine is seeking a Senior Clinical Recruiter to partner with department and organizational leaders and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for faculty, provider, and clinical searches.

You will develop sourcing strategies, engage prospective candidates, and advise hiring leaders on market conditions while delivering a professional candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience in healthcare or academic medical setting preferred.
• Experience with proactive sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders, chairs, division chiefs, and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for physician, APP, clinical faculty, and other clinical searches.
• Develop and execute individualized recruitment strategies based on specialty and market conditions.
• Proactively identify and engage active and passive candidates through direct sourcing and networks.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and onsite visits with hiring departments.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment documentation.
