Qualifications

Proven experience working with the HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR system.
Strong understanding of home health and hospice care workflows, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple user requests and system tickets effectively.
Familiarity with HIPAA and other healthcare compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all user-reported issues related to HCHB EMR.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and workflow-related problems within the HCHB application.
Collaborate with end users to understand system challenges and deliver effective resolutions.
Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions to support knowledge transfer.
Ensure system configuration aligns with regulatory requirements and agency policies.
