Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field with licensure.
• Minimum of two years of direct management experience.
• Knowledge of Methadone, clinical supervision, Federal Confidentiality Regulations (HIPAA).
• Basic computer literacy and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned clinic.
• Works with the multidisciplinary treatment team to meet patient clinical needs.
• Provides clinical supervision to staff and audits patient records.
• Ensures compliance with Local, State, Federal rules and regulations within the clinic budget.
• Develops patient group session schedules for counseling staff.
