The Oklahoma Treatment Services clinic seeks a capable administrator to manage ongoing operations, fiscal viability, and facility issues in a compliant, patient‑centered environment.

Role requires a four‑year degree (counseling or related) with at least three years of supervisory experience; Master’s preferred. Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, billing, safety, and privacy compliance, with a permanent position on the treatment team and patient caseload as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Four-year degree in counseling or related field or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree in human services preferred.
• Minimum three years supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID and required license/certificates.

Aufgaben

• Supervise clinic operations according to protocols and regulations.
• Schedule staffing and manage payroll to budgeted levels.
• Coordinate with community-based agencies and lead staff meetings.
• Screen, interview, and hire staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Oversee billing, collection of fees, and reporting to Governance Authority.
• Maintain building, safety, and compliance with CARF standards.
• Act as Privacy Officer per HIPAA and as Equal Employment Opportunity Officer.
• Carry patient caseload as needed and support treatment planning.
