• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field; certification as case manager 2 possible with commensurate experience.

• Oversee staff on designated treatment team providing outpatient services.
• Promote a clinical culture that is welcoming, engaging and accessible.
• Provide supervision and clinical leadership; train staff and evaluate performance.
• Perform crisis counseling, therapy and care coordination; consult with supervisors as needed.
• Maintain timely clinical records and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
