Job summary

NorthCare in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee a treatment team delivering outpatient services to children, families and adults. You will manage staff, ensure adherence to policy, supervise performance, and coordinate care under the Program Manager or Director.

The role requires a 4-year degree, Oklahoma licensure or eligibility, strong communication and a commitment to trauma-informed, patient-centered care in a nonprofit behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma licensure in a mental health discipline or eligibility for licensure under board-approved supervision is preferred.
• Licensed employees must complete all continuing education requirements to maintain licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field with certification/eligibility for Case Manager II.
• Certified employees must complete all continuing education requirements.
• Must have reliable transportation; local travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a clinical culture in the Outpatient Services Department that is welcoming, engaging and accessible.
• Provides supervision and clinical leadership to assigned program staff within designated clinical team.
• Oversees training of staff, assignment of duties, workload and productivity; ensures policy compliance.
• Manages comprehensive staff training on intakes, assessments, treatment plans, progress notes and documentation.
• Provides clinical services including intakes, crisis counseling, therapy and care coordination; seeks consultation as needed.
