Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the clinical team in Akron, OH. You will provide clinical supervision, education, and training, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high performance with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Must hold Ohio licensure/certification: LCDC III, LICDC, LICDC-CS, LISW or LISW-S, LPCC, or related professional licenses.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to travel up to 15% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with CARF, state, and federal regulations; assist in surveys and inspections.
• Develop training to address clinical needs and improve service quality.
• Supervise clinical staff and facilitate ongoing supervision/education.
• Ensure timely, complete clinical documentation and adherence to policies.
• Lead program development and oversee clinical activities to maintain high standards.
