Sunrise Detox is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical staff and ensure the highest standard of care. You will consult with the Clinical Director, CEO, and physicians, while maintaining clear communication and program operations. This role requires strong documentation discipline and 24-hour clinical oversight.

Ideal candidates hold LCSW, LPC, CAADC, or CADC II, with knowledge of addiction and mental health. The position offers growth and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the licenses listed (LCSW, LPC, CAADC, CADC II).
• Experience in addiction and mental health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises clinical staff and activities to ensure high-quality care.
• Consults with Clinical Director, CEO, Physician, and Utilization Review as needed.
• Maintain communications and assist program operations.
• Ensure proper documentation and 24-hour clinical responsibility.
• Organize professional development and training in therapy and assessment.
