Job summary

Acacia Network seeks a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical oversight for substance and alcohol abuse services in an OTP setting. You will ensure licensing, supervision, documentation, and billing standards are met, while driving quality improvements and timely reporting.

Reporting to the Program Director, you will supervise staff clinicians, monitor caseloads, and maintain adherence to Joint Commission, OASAS, and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant clinical work experience in the substance use disorder field, with supervisory experience.
• Must obtain Mandated reporter training within 30 days.
• OASAS SUD training required within one year of hire: MAT, SBIRT, Confidentiality, Canon of Ethics, Clinical Supervision I & II.
• Must be a Qualified Health Professional (QHP) to provide clinical supervision.
• CASAC-A, CASAC-M, LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT, or CRC licensure/certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of the OTP program.
• Supervise clinicians and review clinical documentation for quality and timeliness.
• Monitor caseloads and ensure compliance with agency, clinical, legal, and ethical standards.
• Coordinate with Medical Director, Program Director, and Operations Director on compliance and program development.
• Lead weekly case conferences and monthly staff meetings.
• Participate in trainings and performance evaluations.
• Support census growth and regulatory reporting.
