Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Strategist to lead clinical performance improvement projects for Medicare Provider Collaboration groups. This fully remote role requires RN licensure in the state of residence and residency in the Northwest/Mountain region.

Up to 25% travel may be required to support value-based care initiatives. Responsibilities include interpreting data for PC performance gains, coordinating clinically focused meetings, and collaborating with Engagement Managers and Data

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active license in state of residence.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Excel experience or demonstrated advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical performance improvement projects for Medicare Provider Collaboration groups.
• Interpret data and educate teams on data usage for population health performance (Stars and quality).
• Coordinate meetings to identify opportunities, target goals and interventions to close care gaps.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Local Market Team, Data Team and Medical Operations on Stars/quality initiatives.
