Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Senior Clinical Strategist to drive population health improvements across Medicare Provider Collaboration groups. This fully remote role requires residing in the Northwest/Mountain states and an active RN license. Travel up to 25% is possible.

You will collaborate with clinical teams to interpret data, lead performance improvement projects, and guide cost and utilization efficiency. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active and unrestricted license in the candidate's state of residence.
• 4+ years of case management experience.
• 3+ years clinical experience.
• 1+ year leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical performance improvement projects for Medicare Provider Collaboration groups.
• Interpret data and educate on data usage for PC performance improvement.
• Coordinate meetings to identify opportunities and prioritize interventions.
• Collaborate across functions to align goals and drive Stars/quality improvements.
