CVS Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Strategist to lead clinical performance improvement for Medicare Provider Collaboration groups. The role is fully remote with residency in the Northwest/Mountain states and travel up to 25%.

The candidate will drive population health initiatives, partner with case managers, and align cross-functional teams to improve Stars and quality metrics. The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with extensive case management and clinical experience, plus leadership

Competenze

• Registered Nurse with active and unrestricted license in the state of residence.
• 4+ years of case management experience.
• 3+ years clinical experience.
• 1+ year leadership or supervisory experience.

• Drive clinical performance of Medicare Provider Collaboration groups.
• Lead clinical performance improvement projects and manage multiple deliverables to implementation.
