Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Strategist to drive clinical performance for Medicare Provider Collaboration groups. You will lead improvement projects, manage multiple deliverables through to implementation, and focus on population health,Stars quality, and cost utilization.

The role supports national deployment with up to 25% travel; requires RN licensure in the residence state and residence in Northwest/Mountain region. Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, fully remote.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Microsoft PowerPoint experience.
• 4+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
• 1+ years of SharePoint experience.
• Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources.
• Proven project management skills.
• Education RN / Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical expert on opportunities related to CM, gap closure, workflow discussions, and partnering with case manager supervisor/manager and CMs.
• Serve as internal and external liaison and clinical resource, interpreting data for PC performance improvement.
• Coordinating and conducting clinically focused meetings to identify opportunities, target and prioritize goals and interventions to close gaps in care and achieve optimal stars performance.
• Collaborating with Engagement Managers, Local Market Team, Data Team, Medical Operations and others on initiatives for Stars/quality improvement.
