Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Strategist to drive clinical performance for Medicare Provider Collaboration groups. This remote role requires an RN license in the resident state and allows up to 25% travel to support Value Based Care initiatives.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with no nights or weekends. The position leads clinical performance improvement projects, analyzes data for PC performance, and coordinates cross-functional efforts to close gaps in care and boost

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of residence (required by role) or equivalent nursing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to lead clinical performance improvement projects and manage multiple deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical performance initiatives for Medicare Provider Collaboration groups.
• Interpret data and educate teams on its use for performance improvement.
• Coordinate meetings to identify opportunities and set priorities for closing gaps in care and improving Stars.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers and cross-functional teams on Stars/quality initiatives.
