Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Minnesota seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead, train, coach, and develop staff delivering care across programs. You will supervise clinical staff, ensure compliance, and collaborate with leaders on performance improvement.

With direct service involvement, you provide cognitive behavioral and other therapies, document to regulations, and educate families and staff. Travel to multiple locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the behavioral sciences with an active clinical license issued by the appropriate state licensing board.
• Minimum five years post-licensure or ability to supervise training hours for licensure in state of oversight.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire and annual re-certification; NCI training within 60 days; RCC/CBRF compliance as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and develop staff providing care with direct service involvement.
• Provide direct cognitive behavioral and other therapeutic services to patients.
• Document mental health services per regulations and payer expectations.
• Supervise clinical staff, conduct evaluations, coaching and corrective actions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment teams and contribute to program improvement.
• Travel to multiple locations as required and assist with on‑call coverage.
