The psychologist will oversee direct care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Travel to multiple locations may be required.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience as a licensed psychologist and eligibility in the state of Wisconsin.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire; NCI training within 60 days.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expertise in overseeing clinical interventions reflecting best practice and supervise staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to monitor patient care and treatment planning.
• Lead evidence-based case conceptualization and associated treatment interventions.
• Provide high-quality clinical supervision and staff training on up-to-date interventions.
• Support milieu management and treatment planning; ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation.
