The position requires a Master’s degree in behavioral sciences, an active clinical license, and at least five years post-licensure. CPR and NCI training are required within set timelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences with an active clinical license issued by the appropriate state board.
• Minimum of five (5) years post-licensure or ability to supervise training hours for licensure.
• CPR certification within thirty (30) days of hire; re-certification bi-annual.
• NCI training within sixty (60) days of hire/transfer; annual re-certification.
• Licensure consistent with academic preparation at time of hire or secured within an agreed time.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct cognitive behavioral and other therapeutic services.
• Document mental health services per regulations and payer expectations.
• Meet with families and participate in education through regular sessions.
• Supervise clinical staff and manage workforce activities and evaluations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and staff training.
