Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee cognitive behavioral therapy and clinical services, while training and coaching the clinical team to maintain standards of care.

The role involves direct patient care, supervision of staff, participation in multidisciplinary teams, ensuring documentation compliance, and driving program improvements and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences with active clinical license from the state licensing board.
• Minimum of five (5) years post-licensure experience or ability to supervise training hours.
• Licensure and compliance requirements as applicable to MHAR/addiction treatment.
• CPR and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) certification within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct cognitive behavioral and other therapeutic services to patients according to clinical standards of care.
• Document mental health services according to regulations and payer expectations.
• Meet with families and provide education through regular support and treatment updates.
• Provide supervision and develop clinical staff, including performance evaluations and coaching.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and lead treatment team orientations.
• Maintain consistent service delivery, observe clinical processes, and monitor outcomes to drive care improvements.
• Develop and monitor clinical leadership standards using metrics and performance-based outcomes.
• Conduct audits of medical records to ensure proper documentation of services.
