Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive large, clinically focused corporate projects in partnership with Health and Medical Management Leadership. You will mentor other project managers and contribute to process improvements while navigating a dynamic, clinical environment.

The role requires a BA/BS, 7+ years of healthcare project management experience, and PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years professional business experience required in project management within healthcare.
• PM methodologies and process improvement knowledge.
• Experience overseeing complex clinical projects and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of BCBSMA products and services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale clinical project implementations to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Provide consultative support to VPs and Senior Directors on project impacts and deliverables.
• Mentor other project managers and contribute to process improvements.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Project Plans across vendor, technology, and clinical teams.
• Translate business needs into high-level technical requirements and risk mitigation strategies.
