Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale clinical initiatives in partnership with Health and Medical Management Leadership. The role includes mentoring other PMs and driving process improvements across multiple business units.

The successful candidate will guide cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical requirements, and ensure integrated plans across vendors and IT.

Formación

• Senior-level clinical project management experience.
• Ability to influence colleagues at all organizational levels.
• High degree of professionalism and organizational astuteness.
• Consultative skills for issue resolution and risk mitigation.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and process improvement.
• Solid understanding of the health care industry, products, systems, and regulatory environment.
• Experience leading cross functional teams through process mapping sessions.
• Knowledge of BCBSMA products and services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale clinical project implementations to improve organizational and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with VPs and Senior Directors by providing consultative support including guidance on impacts across projects and deliverables.
• Self-starter and strategic thinker with energy to meet a demanding business and clinical environment.
• Understand operational workflows and clinical implications for members as workflows are redesigned.
• Translate business needs into high level technical requirements for Enterprise Technology and Clinical Operations.
• Provide executive input to ensure vendor and technical requirements meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Project Plans across Vendor, Enterprise Technology and HMM.
• Balance stakeholder expectations regarding time, cost and scope.
• Direct all aspects of the project life cycle (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Control, Closeout).
• Identify and manage issues/risks with proactive solutions for Senior Management.
