Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts in Hingham seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive and execute large clinically focused corporate projects in partnership with Health and Medical Management Leadership.

The role includes mentoring other project managers, leading complex initiatives across multipleBusiness areas, and ensuring integrated project plans are developed and maintained. A PMP or similar certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years professional business experience in project management within healthcare.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex clinical projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale clinical project implementations and partner with senior leadership.
• Provide consultative support to VPs/Senior Directors and translate business needs to high-level requirements.
• Develop, update, and maintain Integrated Project Plans across vendor, Enterprise Technology and HMM.
• Identify, track and mitigate issues/risks to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery.
