Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead medical cost-savings initiatives and oversee governance for Payment Integrity.

You will manage a team, coordinate with a data group, and work with the BCBS Association to align cross-Plan strategies and best practices. The role requires strong communication, data analysis, and technical proficiency with Microsoft tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; excellent verbal and written communication with experience facilitating meetings and presenting to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to track performance and inform decisions.
• Very strong technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products effectively, including project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing strategic leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project managers and analytics resources.
• Oversee Payment Integrity Programs, managing a portfolio of cost-savings initiatives with clear plans, risk mitigation, milestones, and reporting.
• Support governance and strategic communications by managing agendas, meeting facilitation, minutes, and monthly newsletters; update the strategic plan.
