Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Payment Integrity initiatives from planning through post-launch analysis. You will coordinate with IT, Claims, Analytics and Provider Relations to deliver on-time, within-budget outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years of direct PM experience, strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall, and deep healthcare payment processing insight. A Bachelor's degree is required and Boston/Hingham are primary locations.

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience leading complex, large-scale projects.
• Proven track record implementing projects in healthcare payment integrity or claims processing.
• Expertise in Agile or Waterfall methodologies and PM software like Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• In-depth understanding of project lifecycle and business-technology solutions.
