Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is seeking a seasoned program manager to accelerate department initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, lead change and project management, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in healthcare and a PMP or equivalent certification, with the ability to manage confidential information and influence at all levels across the organization.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 7 years professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare experience preferred.
• PMP certification desired.

Responsabilidades

• Provides oversight for strategic projects to ensure milestones and measurement criteria are met.
• Lead cross-functional implementation and operational readiness efforts across business, technology, and operations.
• Serve as central point of coordination across internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, project teams, and external partners.
• Identify and drive resolution of operational gaps in processes, systems, reporting, and capabilities.
• Provide leadership and direction for change management, project management, and program implementation.
• Collaborate cross divisionally to achieve actionable results and build strong relationships.
• Disseminate information and communicate ideas on behalf of Department Leadership.
• Manage highly confidential information and attend key internal/external meetings with follow-ups.
• Track progress against plans, identify deviations, and propose remediation plans.
