Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Strategic Change Enablement Manager I within Clinical Development Operations to drive process improvements for clinical research. You will partner across CLCM to plan and deliver initiatives, and develop clinical research processes including quality system documents and process mappings.

You will contribute change management efforts, including stakeholder assessments, communications, and metrics analysis, while leveraging AbbVie’s GxP knowledge and BPF to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent ex-US) in a scientific or business field.
• 6+ years pharma-related/clinical research experience; 2+ years preferably within clinical research.
• Experience in process management, optimization, and simplification.
• Experience in change management is preferred.
• Effective leadership skills with the ability to foster productivity in a matrix environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Change management and/or Lean Six Sigma desired.

Responsibilities

• Understand AbbVie's Quality System, GxP Regulations, and the Business Process Framework.
• Be aware of Clinical Trial Management Systems and other related systems for focus areas.
• Partner across CLCM to support process improvement initiatives.
• Provide change management for projects including stakeholder and impact assessments and communications.
• Manage development of clinical research processes, including quality system documents and process maps.
• Assess metrics and measures for areas of focus.
• Maintain initiative and change management applications.
• Collaborate with CLCM to align on process improvements.
