Job summary

AbbVie seeks an Associate Director, Strategic Change Enablement within Global Business Operations to partner with stakeholders across R&D and clinical operations. You will design clinical research processes, map workflows, and lead change initiatives to enable end-to-end delivery.

The role requires a BS or BA, 8+ years in pharma or regulated industries, and proven leadership in a matrix environment. You will govern training programs, ensure compliance, and foster global team productivity.

Qualifications

• BS or BA required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical, healthcare or regulated industry.
• Experience in a leadership role within a complex matrix environment.
• Proven coaching, mentoring, people management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand AbbVie's Quality System and Regulations related to GXP activities and the Business Process Framework.
• Design clinical research processes and map workflows with cross-functional alignment.
• Develop and deliver on initiative change management strategy, including stakeholder communications.
• Manage systems and global programs enabling delivery of process and change management.
• Strategic assessment of metrics and measures for their areas of focus.
