Job summary

Travere Therapeutics in San Diego is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Operations to supervise and execute Phase 1-3 trials. You will coordinate internal study teams, CROs, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 7+ years of trial experience, global regulatory knowledge, and strong cross-functional leadership. Travel up to 10-20% domestically and internationally is expected; a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical trial experience, with 2+ years managing studies.
• Experience in global regulatory and compliance for clinical research (US CFR, EU CTD, ICH E6(R2) GCP).
• Phase 1-3 study experience or international studies preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal study teams, CROs, sites, and vendors to ensure trial execution.
• Triage and escalate study issues to Clinical Operations Management.
• Manage study timelines, budgets, and milestones across programs.
• Collaborate with Biometrics, PV, and others to ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Travel 10-20% domestically and internationally.
