Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks a Senior Manager, Clinical Operations to supervise and execute Phase 1–3 trials. You will coordinate daily trial activities, manage internal teams, CROs, sites, and vendors, and ensure on-time delivery and compliance with ICH/GCP.

The role requires 7+ years in clinical trials, strong cross-functional leadership, and experience in global regulatory environments. Travel 10–20% domestically and internationally; onsite presence in San Diego as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years of clinical trial experience with 2+ years managing clinical studies.
• Experience in global regulatory and compliance for clinical research (US CFR, EU CTD, ICH E6 (R2) GCP).
• Phase 1-3 study experience or international studies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily oversight of internal study teams, CROs, sites and vendors to ensure trial success.
• Triage, resolve, or escalate study issues to Clin Ops Management.
• Track study timelines, enrollment, regulatory docs and site start-up status.
• Develop input into study documents (protocols, ICF templates, site budgets).
• Oversee CRO/vendor budgets and forecast changes with Strategic Procurement.
• Lead cross-functional activities to meet SMT goals and communicate issues.
