Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Operations to lead oversight of Phase 1–3 trials. You will coordinate internal teams, CROs, sites, and vendors to ensure high-quality trial execution and on-time delivery while maintaining regulatory alignment.

The role requires 7+ years of clinical trial experience, including experience managing studies at sponsor or CRO, and strong knowledge of US CFR, EU CTD, and ICH E6 (R2) GCP. Travel up to 20% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of clinical trial experience required with 2+ years of experience managing clinical studies at a sponsor or CRO.
• Experience in global regulatory and compliance requirements for clinical research, including US CFR, EU CTD, and ICH E6 (R2) GCP.
• Phase 1-3 study experience or relevant experience including international studies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily oversight of internal study teams, CROs, sites and vendors to ensure trial success.
• Triage, resolve, or elevate study issues to Clinical Operations Management.
• Track timelines, budgets, and study milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Guide study management with SMT, budgets, and timelines across trials.
