Travere Therapeutics in San Diego seeks a Senior Manager, Clinical Operations to supervise Phase 1–3 trials, coordinating CROs, sites and vendors to ensure timely trial delivery.

Requires 7+ years of clinical trial experience, global regulatory knowledge, and strong cross-functional leadership. You will manage timelines, budgets, and study plans while collaborating with Biometrics, PV, and other teams. Travel 10–20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.
• 7+ years of clinical trial experience required with 2+ years of managing studies.
• Experience with global regulatory requirements (US CFR, EU CTD, ICH E6).

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal study teams, CROs, sites and vendors to ensure trial execution.
• Track timelines, budgets, start-up status, and regulatory documents.
• Develop study documents and input into study plans/tools.
• Lead cross-functional activities and communicate key issues to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and ICH/GCP in study conduct.
• Travel 10–20% domestically and internationally.
