Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.
• 7+ years of clinical trial experience with 2+ years managing clinical studies at sponsor or CRO.
• Experience in global regulatory and compliance requirements for clinical research (US CFR, EU CTD, ICH E6 (R2) GCP).
• Phase 1-3 study experience or international studies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily oversight of internal study teams, CROs, sites, and vendors to ensure trial execution.
• Triage, resolve, or escalate study issues to Clinical Ops Management.
• Manage program timelines, budgets, and SMT with on-time delivery of milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Biometrics, PV, and others for compliant study execution.
