Job summary

Travere Therapeutics in San Diego (remote-friendly) seeks a Senior Manager of Clinical Operations to lead daily trial activities for Phase 1–3 studies. You will coordinate internal teams, CROs, sites, and vendors to ensure timely delivery in line with protocol and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 7+ years in clinical trials with 2+ years in management, plus strong experience with CFR/EU CTD/ICH E6(GCP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.
• 7+ years of clinical trial experience with 2+ years managing studies at sponsor/CRO.
• Experience with US CFR, EU CTD and ICH E6 (R2) GCP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal study teams, CROs, sites and vendors to ensure trial integrity.
• Triage, resolve or escalate study issues to Clinical Operations Management.
• Manage study timelines, budgets and milestones across programs.
• Coordinate trial materials, regulatory docs and site start-up activities.
• Collaborate with Biometrics, PV and others to ensure compliant study execution.
