ZipStaff is seeking a Senior Clinical Healthcare Project Manager for leading clinical and business application transformation within a major healthcare organization. The role focuses on delivering IT-enabled capabilities with IT Capability Leaders, Account Leaders, and vendors in a healthcare setting.

You will manage timelines, risks, and resources, ensuring alignment to business priorities and reporting progress to stakeholders. Remote work is supported with travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT project management.
• 2+ years project management in a healthcare setting.
• 2+ years managing technical healthcare projects (clinical apps, non-clinical apps, or infrastructure).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation of clinical and business applications in a healthcare setting.
• Partner with IT Capability Leaders, Account Leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
• Report timeline and progress deviations to business and technology stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risk.
• Keep execution status current in ServiceNow (timelines, milestones, deliverables).
• Align project teams to business priorities.
• Prepare planned vs. actual resource-allocation inputs.
• Run routine project meetings, reviews, and ad-hoc sessions.
• Identify and coordinate cross-project and cross-team dependencies.
• Track workstreams and information flow against healthcare IT workflows.
