Qualifications
- Licensed clinician - MD/DO (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Med-Peds), NP, PA in good standing.
- Enthusiastic about remaining in clinical practice (~20% clinical FTE).
- 10-12 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong executive presence with senior stakeholders across a large enterprise.
- Completion of Epic Builder training and certification (or willingness to obtain within a designated timeframe).
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical product and technology leadership across Epic domains to advance care pathways and outcomes.
- Improve clinical workflows, efficiency, quality, and patient safety enterprise-wide.
- Translate priorities into Epic workflows, decision support, reporting, and clinician tools.
- Support Epic upgrades, testing, implementation, and change management; manage go-lives.
- Monitor adoption and drive continuous improvement of Epic enhancements.
