Qualifications

MD/DO or equivalent with license in good standing.
Willing to maintain ~20% clinical FTE.
10–12 years of relevant work experience.
Epic Builder training or willingness to obtain within timeframe.
Strong executive presence with senior stakeholder experience.
Knowledge of HIPAA and interoperability requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead clinical product and technology across Epic workflows and domains.
Drive enterprise Epic optimization to improve workflows, quality and safety.
Translate organizational priorities into Epic roadmaps with clinical/business leaders.
Support Epic upgrades, testing, implementation, and change management.
Monitor adoption and effectiveness of Epic enhancements enterprise-wide.
Present enterprise status, risk and outcomes to leadership committees.
