Oracle seeks a Lead Clinical Consultant to shape clinical strategy for Post Go-Live Readiness and lead EHR readiness events across US sites. You will guide informatics teams, clinicians, and leadership, driving adoption, risk mitigation, and sustainable workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Admin, Health Informatics, or related field.
• Master’s in Health Informatics, Public Health, or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or EHR optimization.
• RN or clinical licensure preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Health/Cerner solutions and system build.
• Proven project management in clinical transformation initiatives.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and execution of the Support Readiness Fundamentals series.
• Provide site readiness leadership for EHR sustainment post go-live.
• Identify and mitigate risks or issues in post-go-live support.
• Act as clinical liaison between informatics teams, providers, and leadership.
• Partner with Project Manager to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Develop strategic informatics readiness plans for EHR go-live.
• Train informatics teams on sustainment processes.
• Lead rapid process improvement and workflow adoption events.
• Support adoption of new workflows by end users and super users.
