Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Lead Clinical Consultant to drive clinical strategy and readiness for post go-live activities in healthcare IT across U.S. sites.

You will shape the Support Readiness Fundamentals series, lead site readiness efforts, and collaborate with informatics, clinical teams, and leadership to ensure successful EHR go-live transitions. The role requires deep expertise in clinical informatics and Oracle Health/Cerner solutions, with a track record in project leadership, risk management,

Qualifications

• RN or other clinical licensure (preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or EHR optimization
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Health/Cerner solutions, system build, implementation, and workflow alignment
• Proven project management expertise with experience in clinical transformation initiatives
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a passion for driving adoption and improving clinical workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and execution of the Support Readiness Fundamentals series, ensuring alignment with project objectives and site requirements
• Provide clinical leadership to site teams for EHR sustainment post go-live
• Identify and mitigate risks or issues in post-go-live support
• Act as the main clinical liaison among informatics, providers, and leadership
• Develop strategic readiness plans for smooth EHR go-live transitions
