Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and execution of the Support Readiness Fundamentals series.
- Provide clinical leadership to site teams for EHR sustainment after go-live.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues in post-go-live support.
- Serve as main clinical liaison among informatics, providers, and leadership.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time with clinical focus.
- Develop strategic informatics readiness plans for go-live transitions.
- Educate informatics teams on sustainment processes post-implementation.
- Facilitate rapid process improvement and workflow adoption events.
- Support adoption of new workflows by end users and super users.
